+1 goofy-looking robot

Hi Dualis!! I prepared a gif for the occasion, but then remembered that some of us might not want to waste our monthly internet on giant gifs, so please enjoy the fruits of my labour indirectly.

ANYWAY, this is Connor from some game about robots and sassy detectives. He's an android from a time where super-realistic androids are basically household equipment and then they rise up to try and take their freedom. Don't worry, humans don't end up fleeing the galaxy in old beat-up spaceships, humanity is totally fine. Also I brought Connor from the woobie ending where everything is peaceful and harmonious, so at this point Connor's a totally normal detective android who happens to also be a walking forensics lab. He's gonna get to come to Dualis and learn how to be a Real Boy™.

I'm in Europe, so a bit of an awkward timezone since I'm asleep when all you Americans are up and about, but I will persevere! And also I'm on discord at Sassynach#1238 if you need to poke me about anything (or PMing this account works).

i already said welcome on discord but WELCOME AGAIN! (this is rae.) and this is one of my idiots, jason todd, aka the red hoodlum. this is his third game and he is very Tired but he's talked with hank a bit about his trips through the multiverse and i'm sure his path will cross with connor's at some point. my other dude is tommy shepherd, a good speedy boi from marvel comics, mostly young avengers titles, and this is only his second game. i also do a bunch of the npcing, including nick, a very nice bartender who is probably part of the resistance but has befriended hank a bit, so she'll be very keen on meeting connor, since she's heard a bit about him. c:

Hihi! I am Stella and I just have Aqua here from the Kingdom Hearts series. (let me know if you're avoiding KH3 spoilers.) Aqua is a goodie-two-shoes who has Been Through Some Shit. She is also a CRAU, like a lot of people here. I know there was a Connor (two... I think...) at her other game, but they weren't around much and I honestly don't remember their interactions, so I'm probably just going to... quietly have her not remember, either...

Also, if you could swing on over here and fill out the textbox about Aqua's light/darkness sensing, that would help me a lot! Welcome to the game!!

Hi :D Nice to meet you! No worries, I'm not avoiding spoilers. I am pretty canon-blind after about halfway through the first game, as well (if they ever remaster them, I'll probably try and replay ahaha)

I'm cool with Aqua either vaguely remembering seeing Connor around or not, whichever's easiest for you!

Also, for the light/dark sensing, just to make sure - do you think Aqua can sense it from androids too? If yes, I'll have a think about it and comment! If no, I guess...a void or something?

There's the compilation of all the games up to KH3 called The Story So Far, which is how I've been getting through everything XD It's still like playing the original Final Mix games on PS4, so not too much has changed. (At least here in the States, that's available. No idea about anywhere else!)

As for the darkness/light sensing I would say... it's kind of up to you? In KH canon there's not exactly androids, but objects can get infused with darkness. To keep things simple in game, it'd probably be a no, as I don't thiiink anyone in game has exhibited the capability or inclination to impart darkness on others so far, but I didn't want to assume one way or the other without your input! We could just say he's neutral like most people and let that be the easy answer :)

Oh wow, I went looking for it and that's way more games than I thought it was! How did I not realise how big this franchise was? Maybe I'll stick with some summary videos before I beef up my pile of shame any more...

Right. I feel this. There is no shame in walkthroughs or summaries! Goodness knows I can't actually make my way through Chain of Memories in any form, so walkthroughs are how I get through it!
