+1 Ball of Sunshine and +1 Hawkstar

Hello! As a lot of you know (and I'm sorry for that XD), my name is Tai, and for those of you who don't know, welp, now you do. I originally apped to this game in the initial app round, but thanks to a spectacular series of Really Badly Timed Issues, my computer kind of literally exploded right as the app round closed and then I had to move. Our lovely mod Rae kindly agreed to let me "delay" my acceptance to the game until the next app round, since I figured by the time my computer was fixed and I had internet installed at my new place it would likely be over anyway. I was right. But it happened!

I am bringing you not one but TWO characters right off the bat, too! First, to alleviate Aqua being all on her lonesome, one of her best friends, fellow student, and honorary little brother, Ventus, from the Kingdom Hearts series. He is my precious sunshine boy and I love him.



Ven's got a bunch of things he can do because lol JRPG but the only thing that's really immediately a Thing for other people to worry about is his Light/Darkness sense - he's trained to basically sense the "aura" of strong Light or Darkness from people or even objects, although he's not as good at it as Aqua is. It's not exactly precise all the time so he can miss some things; there's a slightly better explanation of it over on his permissions page as well as an opt-out for if you think your character qualifies as either end of that spectrum and you want him to not sense that. And for all that Ven is a very happy, cheerful person, he does have a history that can kindly be described as "really shit" and so there's a list of topics there as well that may come up when talking to him. Most of them aren't fun.

The second character is this guy right here, living at pretendtoneedme, adding to the list of Group Dads!



I also love him an excessive amount XD Clint Barton is joining the goings-on and is going to be very confused, because he's been under house arrest (property arrest?) for two years now and waking up from a nap on the couch to find he's still got his ankle monitor on but is in this weird place is going to be a ridiculous trip. Yes, he's from pre-Endgame, for... obvious reasons. Ai. Nothing to worry about opt-out-wise with him, but his permissions post is thataway in case you want to search his list of potentially unhappy topics that he brings in his baggage, since it's also pretty extensive.
