Time to bring in the trash
Hey-O Dualis it's Sic back again this time with an ORIGINAL CHARACTER. I haven't played one of these in a damn long time that's for sure.
So this loser here comes from an obnoxiously convoluted storyline but the general gist is angels, demons, etc. you know the drill. Murmur here is an angel, who used to be a demon, who was an angel before he fell. You know, normal stuff. There's more info on it all over here if you care for the details. Short and sweet version is: He's a celestial seer, one of his visions showed him effectively the destruction of creation and he was forced to make a choice in how to prevent absolute catastrophe. So he fell so he could work things from the Hell side to try to maintain balance. As such he has spent most of his existence as a demon, more or less a demonic lawyer/information broker. Murmur has a lot of skill with getting his claws into everything, after falling he'd lost his clairvoyance so he had to learn new ways to know everything.
Things happened, rocks fell, everyone didn't die because he'd managed to actually do his task and keep things balanced enough that all the shit wasn't destroyed. He was killed in the process of completing his duty and the reward for doing so at such great sacrifice meant he got a get out of oblivion free card. Resurrection, fresh reinstatement to the heavenly choirs, all that jazz. So now that he's all in one piece and back to himself it's time to make his life weird and complicated by tossing him in a cyberpunk city he won't have any idea how to deal with.
So in light of that, with Murmur being a fairly powerful celestial being with clairvoyant powers and magic bullshit if anyone would be so kind as to mosey on over to my permissions post whenever they have a moment if you want to opt into any of that. I'm defaulting to out, because OP shit isn't any fun if you're being a dick about it.
Uuuuuuhh I rambled forever. Feel free to ask anything else I probably should have said? I'm pretty jazzed to bring this guy back out again!
